Who handles your information
Mheni Studios is the independent UK studio responsible for the information described here. Contact mhenistudios@gmail.com with privacy questions or requests.
Playtest registrations
We collect your first name, contact email, Google Play email and, if you choose to provide it, Android device. We also record your selected game or All preference, signup time and consent wording version. With your consent, we use these details to send testing invitations, arrange access, share instructions and discuss feedback for your chosen game. Choosing All gives consent to invitations for current and future Mheni projects. Existing Daily 60 registrations remain limited to Daily 60 unless you update your preference. Your Google Play email may be exported privately and added to the appropriate Google Play tester list to arrange access. Registration does not automatically opt you into Google Play testing.
Studio email updates
We collect your email address, signup time and consent wording version when you request occasional games, apps and playtest updates. We rely on your consent to send these emails. Playtest registration is separate and does not subscribe you to studio updates. We do not sell your information or use it for advertising audiences.
Storage and service providers
Signups are stored in the Site's database provided through OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare. Messages you send us by email are handled by Google's Gmail service. Google also processes Google Play tester details when we arrange test access. These providers may process information outside the UK under their applicable data protection arrangements. Website hosting providers may process technical request data, such as IP addresses, to deliver and protect the website.
How long we keep it
We keep studio signup details while you remain subscribed. You can remove your signup using the withdrawal link shown after registration or by contacting us. For a single game, playtest details are kept while arranging and running the test, and reviewed for deletion within six months of testing ending. If you choose All, we keep your details for future playtest invitations until you withdraw consent, and review inactive registrations periodically. Support emails are kept only as long as needed to handle the issue and any relevant follow-up. Hosting providers may retain logs or backups under their own retention arrangements.
Unsubscribe or withdraw consent
You can withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of earlier use. Save the withdrawal link displayed after signup, or email mhenistudios@gmail.com from your registered email and tell us which list to remove you from. Studio update emails will include a clear way to unsubscribe. Removing a website playtest signup does not automatically leave a Google Play test; you can leave that separately in Google Play, or ask us to remove your tester-list details.
Your rights
You may request access, correction or deletion of your information, restrict its use, object where applicable, and request portability where the conditions apply. Contact the studio to make a request. You can also raise a concern with the UK Information Commissioner's Office.
Protecting forms from spam
Public signup forms use an automatic browser check and hidden spam traps. We limit repeated submissions using short-lived counters derived from your network address and, for signups, email address. Counter identifiers are protected with a server-held key; raw network addresses are not stored in these counters. The counters expire within 24 hours, and used form-check tokens expire within ten minutes. Expired records are deleted during periodic cleanup triggered by form use. These checks stay within our website hosting service and do not add advertising tracking, third-party CAPTCHA scripts or browser fingerprinting. Unsubscribe and private owner exports have separate submission limits.
Browser storage
The Site uses session storage to remember your motion preference. The signup forms do not use browser storage to keep your contact details. We have not added advertising cookies or analytics to these forms.
