STACK ATTACK / UPDATED 19 OCTOBER 2026

Privacy policy

Your progress stays local. Optional ads use Google's services. Here is what that means for you and your child.

Who is responsible

Stack Attack is an Android block-puzzle game published by Mheni Studios, an independent UK studio. This notice covers the app with package com.mhenistudios.stackattack, including testing and public releases. For privacy questions or requests, contact mhenistudios@gmail.com.

Game information stored on your device

No account is needed. Best scores, daily challenge records, puzzle stars, CPU difficulty and settings are saved on your device. If you choose an age group before requesting an ad, the game also saves that broad age group locally. It does not ask for your exact date of birth or send this age-group choice to Mheni Studios.

Mheni Studios does not receive or synchronise these game records. Core gameplay works offline. The app has no chat, player profiles, in-app purchases, cloud leaderboard or separate studio analytics service. Music and artwork are included in the app.

Optional rewarded ads

Stack Attack uses the Google Mobile Ads SDK for optional rewarded ads. In Classic and Time Rush, you can choose to watch an ad for a power-up or to continue a failed run. There are no banner ads, automatic launch ads or forced interstitial ads. Declining an ad, skipping age setup or an unavailable ad does not prevent core play or starting another run.

Version 1.0.0 is configured for optional paid rewarded ads. Ad availability depends on an internet connection and Google's app and advertising checks. Test and review builds may instead use Google's dedicated test ads. The ad SDK is initialised and an ad requested only after you choose a reward and an age group. Google services are also contacted if you explicitly select Ad privacy choices to check which controls are available. Both test and paid advertising can involve data processing by Google.

Google's Mobile Ads data disclosure describes processing of network addresses, interaction information, diagnostics and permitted device identifiers for advertising, analytics and fraud prevention. An IP address can indicate an approximate location. Google states that SDK traffic is encrypted in transit. The exact information processed depends on the SDK configuration, device and service. See Google's privacy policy for its handling, retention and controls.

Children and advertising safeguards

Stack Attack is intended for players aged six and over, including children. Before the first rewarded-ad request, an optional neutral screen offers broad age groups or Skip. No name, email address or exact date of birth is requested by the game.

All ad requests, including adults' requests, use child-directed and under-age-of-consent treatment, with Google's general-audience ad content limit. Personalised advertising is not requested. Android advertising-ID access and Android AdServices advertising permissions are removed. Google states that child-directed treatment disables interest-based advertising, remarketing and transmission of the Android advertising ID. These safeguards do not mean that Google receives no technical data.

Parents or guardians can keep play entirely offline and decline all ads without removing access to the core game. If you believe a child has sent personal information to the studio, contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.

Device features and privacy choices

The app uses internet access for requested ads and privacy-control checks, and may provide optional haptic feedback. It does not request access to contacts, camera, microphone or device location. Settings includes privacy information and an Ad privacy choices control. Selecting it checks Google's current consent information and opens privacy options when Google requires them. The game tells you when no options are required, when a check is unavailable or when a review build uses test ads. These choices do not remove access to core gameplay. Child-directed and under-age protections apply to every age group; an age-group choice is not consent to advertising.

Support, retention and sharing

If you email Mheni Studios, we receive your email address and whatever you include. We use it to answer your enquiry, based on our legitimate interest in providing support, or another applicable basis where needed. Do not send unnecessary personal information about a child. Correspondence is handled through Google's Gmail service and kept only as long as needed to resolve the enquiry, handle relevant follow-up or meet legal obligations. We do not sell support details or use them to create advertising audiences.

Google controls information processed by its advertising services under its policies, including retention and processing outside the UK. The studio cannot retrieve or directly delete Google's ad-service records. Website playtest registrations are separate from the game and covered by our website privacy notice.

Deleting information and exercising your rights

Reset scores and progress in Settings clears game records, but keeps settings and the saved age group. To remove all local app data, clear Stack Attack's storage in Android settings. Uninstalling can also remove local data. Android backup or restore settings may affect whether device data returns after reinstalling; the game has no studio-run cloud sync. Mheni Studios cannot recover cleared game progress.

You may ask the studio for access to, correction or deletion of support correspondence, and request restriction, objection or portability where applicable. Email mhenistudios@gmail.com. A parent or guardian may contact us about their child's information. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office. For Google's records, use the controls described in Google's privacy policy.
