About this policy
Daily 60 is developed by Malcolm Taylor and published as Mheni Studios. This policy applies to the Daily 60 Android app.
No Daily 60 account
Daily 60 does not require players to register or sign in. Core gameplay works without sending scores, answers or puzzle history to Mheni Studios.
Information stored on the device
Scores, streaks, missions, XP, achievements, themes, reminder preferences and settings are stored locally on the player's device.
A player can explicitly export this information to a backup file in a location they choose and import it later. Mheni Studios does not receive the backup. Clearing app storage or uninstalling Daily 60 can erase progress that has not been exported.
Reminders and sharing
Optional reminders are scheduled on the device. If a player chooses to share a result, Android opens its sharing menu with temporary result content. The player selects the destination, and that service's own privacy terms then apply.
Advertising
The free version uses the Google Mobile Ads SDK and Google's User Messaging Platform. Depending on the player's region and privacy choices, Google may process information such as IP address, product interactions, diagnostic information and device or account identifiers for advertising, analytics and fraud prevention.
Where required, Daily 60 asks for advertising consent before requesting ads. Players can revisit their choices through Ad Privacy Choices in the game's settings.
Remove Ads purchase
The optional one-time Remove Ads product is processed by Google Play Billing. Daily 60 checks purchase ownership and stores an on-device entitlement. Mheni Studios does not receive payment-card information. Google handles purchase records, payments and refunds under Google's terms and privacy policy.
Deleting information
Players can delete locally stored game information through Android's app-storage settings or by uninstalling Daily 60. Export any progress you want to retain before doing so.
Children
Daily 60 is intended for a general audience and is not directed specifically at children under 13. Mheni Studios does not knowingly collect personal information directly from children through a Daily 60 account because the game does not provide accounts.
Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated when Daily 60's features or service providers change. The current version and update date will remain available on this page.
